Welcome to The Race Against Abuse of Children Everywhere Foundation web site.
The RAACE Foundation is a non-profit (501c3) organization dedicated to fighting the epidemic of child sexual abuse by raising public awareness. An estimated 39 million survivors of child sexual abuse exist in America today. Statistics indicate that 1 in 3 girls and 1 in 7 boys are sexually abused before the age of 18. In 90% of reported cases, the abuser is someone the child knows and trusts. By bringing to light the prevalence of child sexual abuse, The RAACE Foundation hopes to lessen the social stigma associated with addressing this troubling and destructive social issue. Only when the problem of sexual abuse is faced openly can we hope to protect our children. It will take courage, determination and the efforts of many to make a difference in the fight against child sexual abuse. But we can - and must - do it. Join The RAACE Awareness brings about action. By joining hands with The RAACE Foundation you can help win the race to protect our children from sexual abuse. The RAACE Foundation is bringing awareness and education to communities nationwide. Become an active member today and learn what you can do to help.
